Who can stay at the ‘Suffolk Holiday Lodge’?
Unfortunately, as the lodge is a luxury property we have a minimum age of 16 years.

Is the ‘Suffolk Holiday Lodge’ suitable for wheelchair users?
Unfortunately, there are steps to the doors and decking areas so the lodge would be unsuitable for visitors using a wheelchair.

How can I book my holiday?
You can book online at the Make A Booking page.

On what days do your holidays start?
Arrival and departure days are Saturdays, Mondays and Fridays.

What time of year do you offer holidays?
We offer holidays throughout the year.

Do you accept pets?
Unfortunately we do not accept pets.

What facilities does the lodge provide?

Do you have a brochure?
All the details you need should be on the website. However, we do have a brochure we can email or post to you upon request. Our website is continually updated with news and photographs. Please use the contact us page if you would like further information.

Do you offer short breaks?
Yes, we offer short breaks, usually over the weekend, in low season, or late bookings short breaks may be available during the week.

What is the shortest break you offer?
The shortest break we offer is for 2 nights.

What are the check in & departure times?
Check in time is usually 3pm on day of arrival and check out time is 10am on the day of departure. These times will be confirmed during the booking process.

Do you provide towels and bed linen?
All towels and linen are provided at the lodge and included within the cost of your holiday.

Does the lodge have internet access?
WIFI (within fair usage) is available in the lodge at no additional cost.

What is included in the cost of my holiday?
All towels and bed linen included in the cost of your holiday. There are no further charges during your stay.

Can I change the date of my booking?
Changes to the date of your booking can only be accepted (subject to availability) if the request is made no less than 8 weeks prior to the date of your arrival. This will incur a £50 handling charge. Any other changes you wish to make should be discussed prior to your arrival by contacting us.

What happens if I have to cancel my holiday?
We recommend that you take out holiday insurance against cancellation. Should you need to cancel your holiday, full details regarding our cancellation policy can be found in our terms and conditions.

Can I add extra guests to my booking?
Yes additional guests can be added to your booking provided the number of guests does not exceed the maximum occupancy (4 persons) of the lodge. This needs to be arranged prior to your arrival as there may be additional charges to pay.

Can we have friends to visit us during our stay?
Yes friends are welcome to visit you during your stay, however this is by prior arrangement only (please contact us) Visiting guests are not permitted to stay overnight.

Can I book my a returning holiday?
Yes. You can take advantage of our special offer of receiving a 10% discount off the cost of your next holiday as a thank you from us for being guests at the lodge.
